Founder of Mindfull Mommies - ANISHA HINES
Hi, I’m Anisha who is a mom of two boys, a wellness facilitator and a lifelong writer with a BA in English. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a “wellness girlie” at heart — drawn to mindfulness, movement, and the power of self‑expression.
With that said, everything shifted when I became a wife and mother. Suddenly, life moved faster, my responsibilities multiplied, and I found myself overwhelmed, drained, and constantly on autopilot. I kept searching for a moment to breathe and a space where I could slow down, reconnect with myself, and feel like me again.
Through my various areas of wellness training and years of studying mindfulness, I learned something deeply important: we don’t need grand gestures to feel grounded. All we need are small, intentional moments woven into our everyday life. Moments that help us return to our bodies, help us hear our thoughts, and ultimately help us express what we’ve been holding inside. That understanding became the seed for Mindfull Mommies.
Mindfull Mommies was created in response to the very real emotional, mental, and physical load mothers carry. Through our best‑selling self‑care journals, intentional planners, guided activities, and community‑centered experiences, we offer practical tools that make wellness accessible and meaningful.
Everything I create whether it’s a journal prompt, a breathing practice, a reflective exercise, or a community gathering — I combine mindful movement, breath work, and expressive journaling to help women slow down, release what they’re holding, and reconnect with themselves with compassion.
Today, Mindfull Mommies is more than beautiful stationery — it’s a sisterhood. It's a community of women choosing intention over autopilot, reflection over burnout, alignment over overwhelm.
