Pages of Self Discovery

Pages of Self-Discovery is an interactive mindfulness activity that guides participants through a personalized self-care journey. Guests begin by exploring different volumes of our Self-Care Journal and Daily Planner. They then receive customized worksheets to complete during a guided reflection period. To deepen the experience, participants can journal about their insights and share takeaways with the group, creating a meaningful sense of connection.

Art-Inspired Journaling

A guided mindfulness experience where art becomes a mirror. Participants will observe one of our canvas prints and explore the thoughts, emotions, and memories it brings to the surface. Through gentle prompts and reflective journaling, this activity helps individuals slow down, tune into their inner world, and process what they’re feeling in a safe and creative way.

This is a customizable entry level arts and craft experience designed to help your guest reconnect with themselves in a safe, playful, and honest way. Through guided journaling, light creative activities, and meaningful conversation, participants are invited to unload their thoughts, explore self-discovery prompts, and connect with others in community while they sip on their favourite drinks and simply relax.
